PACKAGING TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY: Three Weavers Brewing Company seeks a self-motivated, hard-working PACKAGING TECHNICIAN to add to our production team. The packaging operator reports to our packaging manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the packaging hall. She/he/they will be key players in kegging, canning, inventory management & putting orders together. The PACKAGING TECHNICIAN will follow established standard operating procedures for Three Weavers while joining a bench of production team members focused on innovation, quality & consistency. The TECHNICIAN will contribute to a healthy company culture maintained by a positive attitude, inclusion, professionalism, and our company ethos.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain all quality standards set for the production & packaging of all styles of beer
    • Must feel comfortable multi-tasking, while keeping a high degree of attention to detail
    • Keg line CIP & sanitation
    • Can line CIP & sanitation
    • The ability to troubleshoot keg line machinery
    • The ability to troubleshoot canning line machinery, including but not limited to filler, seamer, labeler, cartoner & tray filler
    • Scheduled cleaning/maintenance
    • Communicate well with and help out fellow team members in any way necessary
    • Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues with the team
    • Ability to keep accurate records throughout the shift

      REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
      • Ability to safely operate forklift, side loader & scissor lift
      • Advanced knowledge of the brewing process - 2+ years of hands-on packaging experience in a production environment (5,000+ barrels/year preferred)
      • Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
      • Extreme attention to detail, commitment to quality, and hard work
      • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      • Lead by example and represent Three Weavers positively and responsibly at all times
      • Performs other related duties as required or assigned

      Pay range: $22-$25/hr, dependent on experience.

      WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN

      SUMMARY: Three Weavers Brewing Company seeks a self-motivated, hard-working WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN to add to our packaging team. The WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN reports to our Packaging Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse & storage area. She/he/they will be key players in inventory management & putting orders together, as well as assisting in the beer-packaging process.

      The WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN will follow established standard operating procedures for Three Weavers while joining a bench of production team members focused on innovation, quality & consistency. The operator will contribute to a healthy company culture maintained by a positive attitude, inclusion, professionalism and our company ethos.


      ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Maintain all quality standards set for the production & packaging of all styles of beer
      • Maintain inventory & organization of beer storage
      • Maintain inventory & organization of ingredient storage
      • Fulfill sales orders for distribution partners
      • Load trucks for distribution partners
      • Scheduled cleaning/maintenance
      • Communicate well with and help out fellow team members in any way necessary
      • Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues with the team
      • Ability to keep accurate records throughout the shift

      REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      • Ability to safely operate forklift, side loader & scissor lift

      • 2+ years of hands-on warehouse experience in a production environment (5,000+ barrels/year preferred)
      • Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting and organizational skills

      • Lead by example and represent Three Weavers positively and responsibly at all times
